The listed building located next to the Ledra Palace Hotel, is used as a cultural and German language learning center by Goethe-Institut, which is the Federal Republic of Germany’s cultural institute, active worldwide.

The project is in collaboration with Cubus Hellas Structural Engineers. The building will be renovated with the use of traditional materials in its original form with minor interior alterations. Cubus Hellas has undertaken the task of designing the seismic strengthening of the stone load-bearing walls and the coordination of the respected works.
